Ingredients:-
- Curd [toned] - 80gm
- Cucumber - 50gm
- Coriander or mint leaves - 5gm
- Sendha Namak - For taste
- Black Pepper - For taste
- Cumin seeds - Pinch
Method
STEP-1 Wash and Peel cucumber. Chop to small bite.
STEP-2 Whisk curd in a bowl.
STEP-3 Add them to a bowl along with salt, black pepper, cumin seeds and cucumber and them as well as mix.
STEP-4 Garnish cucumber raita with black pepper and a leave of mint or coriander.
